The District prides itself and takes seriously our responsibility to provide all students, faculty, staff, volunteers, and visitors a learning environment that promotes respect and civility. We do not tolerate any form of unlawful discrimination. Sexual harassment, like all forms of discrimination, threatens the well-being of our learning community. Sexual harassment is especially threatening in the context of a supervisor-subordinate relationship. Consistent with our mission, vision and values, it is the policy of The District to prohibit any behavior or action that is discriminatory. Any alleged violation of our policy will receive prompt attention as well as any necessary corrective action. Each District employee must adhere to the content presented in our online harassment training. The purpose of which is to ensure a safe and supportive work environment. It is not possible for us to do our work well unless we insist on zero tolerance for any unlawful discrimination or sexual harassment.
